Qflow Coffee Terms
FREE Coffee Beans Offer
Qflow Coffee would be delighted to send samples of our coffee beans free of charge to restaurants, café businesses and office businesses that are interested in trying our products. We can assist our customers in choosing the best coffee for their customers so that we can send them the coffee sample that will suit them best. This offer is not available to domestic customers.
Goods, Prices and Payment
Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order and stated in the Order Confirmation. Please note that occasionally goods ordered may be sent to you in installments. We will make every effort to advise you (by e-mail) if this is the case.
We make every attempt to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, however discrepancies may occur, all prices are stated in Euros. If we discover an error in the price of goods already ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and ask that you reconfirm your order at the correct price, whilst also giving you the option to cancel it. If we are unsuccessful in contacting you we will consider the order cancelled. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our cost, taxes or charges. All goods are subject to the standard Value Added Tax in the net invoice. The tax point is shown on the invoice. Until full payment has been received, all goods supplied shall remain the property of Qflow Coffee.
All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, your order will not be accepted and Qflow Coffee will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk. In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of this website.
Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly.
Qflow Coffee takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.
Using our Republic of Ireland web site:
- After placing an order on our Republic of Ireland web site, you will receive a Confirmation Email. This does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy the product(s) you have ordered. All orders are subject to acceptance by us.
- Orders will only be accepted by us upon dispatch
of the product(s) you have ordered. We will confirm such acceptance to you by
sending you an email which confirms that the order has been dispatched
- The contract will be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation, unless we notify you that we do not accept your order or if you have cancelled it.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall we be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of or the inability to use the website. Any changes to the Website, any material or data sent or received or not sent or received or for any of the above-mentioned damages that result from the use or inability to use the Products. In no circumstances shall our liability and that of our suppliers to you and/or any third parties for any of the above . (or The Company accepts no liability for consequential loss or damage to property that is attributed to the failure of the goods supplied.
Verification of goods
It is your responsibility to verify the quantity and condition of the goods upon receipt and, in case of on-arrival damage or missing items, to notify and file a claim with the carrier and both private customers and retail customers need to thoroughly check the delivered goods for any defects within 7 days of delivery. Retaining all relevant invoices and signed delivery notes.
We do not accept any liability for any loss resulting from the customer’s failure to comply with the carrier requirements with respect to notification of damage, shortage or non-delivery of Goods.
Coffee beans are returnable if the packaging of each bag of coffee is un-opened and is not damaged in any way. You have the right to return goods within 30 days of receipt of your products. Qflow Coffee accepts returns of coffee beans even if only because the customer prefers to swap the purchased coffee beans for a different Qflow Coffee brand – this allows our customers to sample our coffee brands. The customer must make the return of the purchases in advance to be exchanged and the replacement coffee will be dispatched free of charge. In case that the coffee package purchased by the customer is more expensive than the one desired in exchange, the customer needs to be paying the difference, if it’s the opposite, customer wants one that costs less, it’s fine but we don’t pay the difference back . In any condition we will be refunding customers if they don’t want the coffee beans anymore.
Equipment purchases are non-returnable unless they are defective. Any defects should be notified to Qflow Coffee in writing or by email within 24 hours of receipt of delivery. Once an equipment purchase has been installed, it is non-returnable.
In order to receive a full refund in any situation, products should be returned in the original, unopened packaging and in perfect condition. If the product is not returned in its dispatched state we cannot offer a full refund and compensation will be calculated on individual basis, please note that it can be up to 100% of value depending on the damage. You have the right to return goods within 30 days of receipt of your products.

Free installation includes connection of the machine to existing water supply (same fitting as for a standard domestic washing machine), existing waste pipe ( standard water waste pipe), and an existing power supply point (same as for domestic cooker). The customer must have the water, waste and power facilities available. For gas powered coffee machines, the customer must have the LPG tube and screw fitting in place prior to installation. Travel expenses may not be included outside radius beyond 100 km from Dublin. However, local service technicians are usually available throughout Ireland. Customers may also opt to use their own service technician and Qflow will make a full or part payment towards technicians cost.
Machine Guarantee and after sales assistance
The Qflow Coffee machines are guaranteed pursuant to the specific terms and conditions listed in the original product documentation and such guarantee is without prejudice to any of your statutory consumer rights.
Standard Warranty on Commercial Coffee Machines is applicable only where a water filter has been used. Use of coffee machines without a water filter leads to build-up of limescale which damages internal parts of the machine. Parts & labour warranty is standard. Travel expenses may not be included beyond 100 km from Dublin. However, local service technicians are usually available throughout Ireland. Customers may also opt to use their own service technician and Qflow will make a full or part payment towards technicians cost.
For Special Offer Coffee Machines and for Coffee Machines used in mobile cafe units, the standard warranty period is reduced to 24 months.
